Hi everyone.
Below is a link to the prayers and reflections for December 10th, the Second Sunday of our Advent season.
We spend this time before Christmas in preparation, in anticipation, in hope. So, as the days get shorter and the nights get longer (and colder!), we light more candles, share more light, share more warmth, share our conviction that God is somehow in the midst of all of our “stuff.”
And today, we share the awareness that there is always more going on than we think. God’s presence goes deeper; our message is fuller; our hope more profound than can be expressed by a bit of tinsel and mini-lights.
Join us in going deeper: into Advent, into hope; into God’s love for creation.
